If your boy umbrella shows a production defect and not the result of incorrect usage within 180 days from the day you receive the shipment, which makes it unable to use.
Please kindly contact us, we'll replace a new one to you in no charge after examining the situation.
To receive warranty service, please include a brief description and photos of what’s wrong with the umbrella along with your order number.
You don't have to send your umbrella back to us if something is wrong with it.
If your umbrella is out of stock or no longer carried, we will send you a replacement model of comparable value at our discretion.
Consumer Services reserves the right to decline any warranty request.
