    1. How do I pay for my order?

    There are a number of payment options to choose from MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Discover, and PayPal.

    All credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and TOUS to ensure security and to prevent fraud.

     

    2. When will be I charged?

    When you place your order, the charge will be authorized on your card and you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been successfully placed. We will not charge your card until we process your order and ship it from our warehouse.

    If it is not authorized, no charge will appear on your card and you will be notified immediately on the screen that payment hasn't been successfully placed. You will be asked to provide another method of payment.

     

  • DELIVERY

    1. We offer two delivery options.

    Standard (7-20 working days): Your order is expected to arrive within 7-20 full working days. 

    Express (3-7 working days): Your order is expected to arrive within 3-7 full working days. 

    *Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    *Due to the high volume of requests during campaign periods, delivery times may be delayed.

     

    2. Where do you ship to?

    We offer worldwide shipping.

     

    3. Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

    No, all customs and import charges are included in the price of the order. However, if taxes and duties have been levied on top of your order, please get in touch with Customer Service for assistance.

     

    4. Do you deliver to work addresses?

    We certainly do. Parcels will be delivered between Monday and Friday.

     

     

  • PROMOTION

    1. What are ONLINE PROMOTION CODE?

    Promotion code is code or code words, such as "DISCOUNT", which for example will give you a discount on a certain style of boy umbrellas, your whole order, or a free delivery.

     

    2. How do I use my promotion code?

    Make sure to enter your code in the appropriate box when you check out, then click "apply" to apply it to your order. If it is not applied at the checkout, we cannot apply it to the same order later on. However, you are able to use it in another order.

    3. What should I do if I forget to use my promotion code?

    Unfortunately, if you did not enter your promotion code during checkout, we cannot apply it to the same order or modify your payment later on.

     

    4. How do promotion codes affect my right to return an order?

    If a promotion code was applied to your original order, your refund amount will be adjusted to reflect it. Unfortunately, we cannot reissue a promotion code, even if your original order is returned to us.

    1. How to track my order?

    When your order is shipped, we will send an shipment confirmation e-mail to you. Or you can check your order by visiting “Track my order

    If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, please contact Customer Service, and we will look into it.

     

    2. I received a defective Item

    We do not want our customers to receive items that are anything less than top quality, so if you believe anything in your order is defective, please get in touch with our Customer Service team straight away. We aim to help you as quickly as possible.

    3. I have received an incorrect Item in my order

    If receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize.

    4. An item is missing from my order

    If the packing slip says an item should be in your package but it is not, please get in touch with Customer Service with the following information:
